The quality of LONG-SUFFERING & SELF-CONTROL
LONG-SUFFERING denotes patience and forebearance with slowness to act in an angry manner combined with a refusal to give up hope for the improvement of a situation. However, the welfare of the other person is paramount and although wrong conduct is not condoned, if there is a happy ending and peace restored, then the task has been accomplished. Wrong conduct however can not go unpunished and should be dealt with according to established rules of discipline.
SELF-CONTROL also contributes to the peace of the work-place and is active in being long-suffering towards all and denotes a control over one's person, actions, speech or thoughts. A person who is self-controlled is organised by knowledge and will always find out the facts of a situation before making any judgements.

We reward customer loyalty with gifts and can build successful friendly teams on the quality of kindness. In the current climate of fear and loss, wouldnt it improve the potential of a business to be reasonable?
GOODNESS is moral excellence, and associated with kindness, sensibleness and knowledge; it involves mercy and truth. Difficult situations of any kind can be overturned by a fully trained and cooperative team.

The quality of FAITH
You know I forgot about this one, one of the most important qualities in business of course, it conveys the idea of visibility and guarantees. I found a rendering that "Faith is the title deed of things hoped for" and that "evidence for conviction" is required even when sometimes something that doesn't appear to be the case on the surface, certainly is. Faith is based on concrete evidence not credulity and helps to overcome obstacles to the smooth running of the business. It requires resistance to outside influences which would bring harm to your organisation.
